References to Terms Defined in the Receivables Documents and the ABL Loan Documents. Whenever in Section 1.1 a term is defined by reference to the meaning ascribed to such term in any of the Receivables Documents or in any of the ABL Loan Documents, then, unless otherwise specified herein, such term shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Receivables Documents or ABL Loan Documents, respectively, as in existence on the date hereof, without giving effect to any amendments of such term (or any amendment of terms used in such term) as may hereafter be agreed to by the parties to such documents, unless such amendments have been consented to in writing by all of the parties hereto.
