References to the Bonds Ineffective After Bonds Paid. Upon payment of the Bonds by the Authority in accordance with the Indenture, all references in this Agreement to the Bondholders shall be ineffective and the Authority and any Bondholder shall not thereafter have any rights hereunder, excepting those that shall have theretofore vested.
