References to the Bonds Ineffective After Bonds Paid. Upon payment of the Bonds, all references in this Loan Agreement to the Bonds shall be ineffective and the Issuer and any holder of the Bonds shall not thereafter have any rights hereunder, excepting reporting and payment of rebate amounts and other payments under the Tax Certificate.
