Common use of References to the Custodian Clause in Contracts

References to the Custodian. The Company shall not circulate any printed matter, which contains any reference to the Custodian without the prior written approval of the Custodian, excepting printed matter contained in the prospectus, or statement of additional information or its registration statement for the Company and such other printed matter as merely identifies the Custodian as custodian for the Company. The Company shall submit printed matter requiring approval to the Custodian in draft form, allowing sufficient time for review by the Custodian and its counsel prior to any deadline for printing.
