References to the Trust. Whenever any provision of this Agreement refers to actions to be taken by the Trust, matters to be consented to by the Trust, or deliveries or notices to the Trust, such provision shall be deemed to refer to actions to be taken by the Trustee, matters to be consented to by the Trustee, or deliveries or notices to the Trustee.
