References to the Trust. Effective as of the Closing, each reference to the “AIG Credit Facility Trust” in each SPV LLC Agreement, and each requirement under each SPV LLC Agreement that any matter be subject to prior consultation with, or the prior concurrence of, the Trust (or any of the Trustees acting on its behalf), shall be disregarded and deemed inapplicable.
