References to UBS. The Customer agrees that it will not make any reference to UBS or any Related Entity of UBS in any Offer Document, Public Information or advertising or publicity of the Offer without the prior written consent of UBS or the Related Entity (as applicable). All requests for consent must be made in writing to UBS.
