Referral Program. During the Term, Partner may market, promote, and refer organizations to iCIMS and receive a referral payment for those that become Subscribers, as set forth in the Partner Referral Addendum (“Referral Addendum”).
Referral Program. Balance Fitness believes the best way to maintain the friendly, positive, and non-judgmental atmosphere at the gym is to grow from its own community of like-minded people. As a member of Balance Fitness, for referring a New Member to Balance Fitness, on the following payment after the New Member’s 3rd full paid month, Member will receive one Free Month of Membership (on Group Memberships, Free Month only applies to the individual that referred the New Member). There is no limit to the number of New Members Member may refer to sign up for a Membership. New Member must start his or her own Membership to take part in the Balance Fitness Referral Program; New Member may not be added to Member’s current Membership. To be counted as a referral, either 1) New Member mentions Member’s name at in-person signup, 2) New Member fills out Member’s name on the online signup form, or 3) Member uses the referral form at xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxx and submits prior to their signup.

Referral Program. (a) The Company will award a Referral Credit to each of the Referrer and the Referred Customer when the Referred Customer becomes a Member on the terms of this Agreement.

If you are on the unlimited or team commission plan, refer 3 agents into either plan and we will waive your unlimited or team commission plan payment every month, so long as you always keep in 3 agents in on one of those plans. * Call for more details. Referral Program a) A referral fee of one (1) month credit of Service (to a maximum of $200, inclusive of tax) may be issued to the Business Customer who referred WATERLOO WIRELESS to a new Business Customer who commits to a minimum one (1) year term, subject to terms and conditions.
b) The referring Business Customer will only receive the referral fee once the new Business Customer has been successfully activated.
c) A credit will be applied to the referring Customer’s account within thirty (30) days following successful activation.
d) In the case of any dispute between the parties, WATERLOO WIRELESS reserves the right to terminate the program for the Business Customer and refuse to issue a referral fee.
Referral Program. By completing all of the required information fields in the referral program Sign Up Form (the “Sign Up Form”), checking the box to agree to these Referral Program Terms and Conditions (the “Terms” and together with the Sign Up Form, the “Agreement”) and then clicking the “Send” button or emailing a copy of the completed form to Ipsum Vision (xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. This Agreement will not become binding upon Ipsum Vision until Ipsum Vision issues you a Referral Partner ID number, as described below. You are referred to as “Referral Partner” for purposes of this Agreement. Once Referral Partner accepts this Agreement, Ipsum Vision will contact Referral Partner to complete the Referral Program application process and Ipsum Vision assumes no compensation or other obligations under this Agreement until Ipsum Vision provides such confirmation via email., Ipsum Vision will send another email to Referral Partner containing an identification number unique to Referral Partner (“Referral Partner ID”).
Referral Program. The Referral program is available to all clients by default. The Agent receives 1 000 points for each attracted customer. One point is equivalent to EURO 0.02. The points are credited to the Agent’s investment account and can be used to reimburse commissions accrued on Agent’s account for the previous 30 days. Also, the Agent over 25 years old receives a coupon, which gives him the right to receive one share from the list published on Principal resources.

d) Both the referring Customer and new Customer must have accounts in good standing.
Referral Program. 1. You will receive a Five Dollar ($5) credit (“Referral Reward”) for every person who signs up for a new Subscription (as defined in Section 2 above) using a unique referral code shared by you (a “Referral”) (the “Rewards Program”) and completes their first payment on their Subscription. Referral Rewards will be added to your Account within 1-2 business days and will be applied as a credit toward the next purchase on your Account. Referral Rewards will expire after one (1) year. Rewards have no cash value and may not be traded or sold.
2. Any spamming or bulk distribution of invitation links; the selling, trading, or bartering of anything of value for a Referral; all fraud or attempted fraud; and any other misuse or abuse of the Rewards Program, as determined by Xxxxx’s Express, shall result in the forfeiture of any Referral Rewards improperly received and disqualification from the Rewards Program.
3. Xxxxx’s Express reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Rewards Program at any time.
