Common use of Refinancing Loans Clause in Contracts

Refinancing Loans. (a) The Borrower may from time to time add one or more new term loan facilities to this Agreement (“Refinancing Loans”) pursuant to procedures specified by the Administrative Agent to refinance all or any portion of any outstanding Incremental Term Facilities then in effect pursuant to a Refinancing Amendment; provided that:
