Refinancing of Mortgage Loan. Without obtaining the prior written consent of Lender, Borrower shall not cause or permit Mortgage Borrower to refinance the entire Mortgage Loan unless such refinancing is in an amount sufficient to repay the entire Debt and the proceeds of the refinance are so used to repay the entire Debt.
