Refinancing of the U.S. Fronting Loans. (a) (i) On the Trigger Date, U.S. Funding Agent shall notify each U.S. Non-Qualified Lender of its obligation to fund its participation in each applicable U.S. Fronting Loan. Each applicable U.S. Non-Qualified Lender shall make the amount of its participation in each applicable U.S. Fronting Loan specified in such notice available to U.S. Funding Agent in Same Day Funds for the account of the applicable Fronting Lender at U.S. Funding Agent’s Office for payments in the same currency as the applicable U.S. Fronting Loan not later than 1:00 p.m. on the Business Day specified in such notice.
