REFLAGGING NOTICE. At any time and from time to time during the Security Period provided that no Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, the Borrowers may give a notice (a "REFLAGGING NOTICE") to the Agent that the Shipowner of a Mortgaged Ship or Mortgaged Linkspan wishes:-
