Common use of Reformation and Severability Clause in Contracts

Reformation and Severability. In the event any state, federal, or local law or regulation, now existing or enacted in the future, is interpreted by judicial decision, or a regulatory agency in such a manner as to indicate that the structure of this Agreement may be in violation of such laws or regulations, the Parties shall amend and reform this Agreement to the minimum extent necessary to preserve the underlying economic and financial arrangements between the Parties.
