Refrain from Subcontracting with Certain Organizations. Pursuant to the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995, the Recipient agrees to refrain from entering into any subcontracts under this Contract with any organization described in Section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, unless such organization warrants that it does not, and will not, engage in lobbying activities prohibited by the Act as a special condition of the subcontract.
