REFRESH SOLICITATION OPPORTUNITIES. To facilitate the need for changing technologies in the LED field to meet the State needs, the State reserves the right, during the term of this Master Contract, periodically to conduct a refresh solicitation to add more vendors. Such refresh solicitation(s), if any, will be at the sole discretion of the State. Notification of such refresh solicitation(s) will be posted in the Washington Electronic Business Solutions (WEBS) system. New Bidders or those Bidders who were not awarded a Master Contract may participate in the refresh solicitation(s). The refresh solicitation(s) also may include additional requirements to better support State needs. Contractors who are already on contract for Master Contract 07521 need not participate in the refresh solicitation(s) but are encouraged to read the solicitation document to familiarize themselves with any changes to the requirements.
