Refund and Payments. For termination by Customer (including but not limited to Sections 3.4.3, 6.2(a), 7.3 (b) or 7.4.3) or termination under Sections 8.1.4 or 13.4 Customer will be entitled to: a) a pro-rata refund in the amount of the unused portion of prepaid fees for the terminated subscription calculated as of the effective date of termination (unless such refund is prohibited by Export Laws); and b) a release from the obligation to pay fees due for periods after the effective date of termination.
