Refund Of Benefits. In the event Executive is in breach of Section 11 ("Non-Compete, Non-Solicitation"), or such modified version as may be required by law, after first (i) being provided by the Company with written notice that describes the breach and grants Executive no less than thirty (30) days to cease all conduct giving rise to such breach, and (ii) Executive having failed to comply with the Company's notice, Executive will then relinquish to the Company:
