REFUND OF COMMISSIONS. General Agent shall refund commissions on Policy cancellations, reductions in premiums or any other return premiums at the same rate at which such commissions were originally retained.

REFUND OF COMMISSIONS already paid to the Agent: Where the University or the College makes a determination under 16.11.1, 16.11.2, 16.11.3, 16.11.4 or 16.11.5 (below), the Agent must refund to the University or the College (whichever is appropriate), any portion of commission relating to the portion of the course which is refunded or transferred.
