ON POLICYThe Xxxxxx Intermediate School District will develop a procedure which will permit professional staff members an opportunity for input in proposing, developing, reviewing and recommending practices, policies and procedures which impact upon health and safety in the work environment. To this end, the Board assigns the following duties to the Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources: Any new or amended health or safety related policy which is brought forward to the Board Policy Committee also will be distributed to the following groups either before or at the same time: 1. IIPSA President; and 2. IIPSA staff through their administrator. The purpose of this procedure is to allow the professional staff time to review and suggest changes to the policy before the said policy is taken to the Board for final action. All professional staff members shall have the right to recommend new policies or amendments to current policies. Such recommendations should be directed to the member's immediate supervisor or the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources. If IIPSA is denied access for input into new or amended health and safety policies affecting its members' working environment, such denial will be grievable up to Step 3 of the grievance procedure. The grievance shall commence at Step 1 or Step 2, whichever is applicable.

Students who are younger than 16 years of age or older than 24 years of age need to contact our office prior to submitting an application. Subject to availability of space, non-first year freshmen, regardless of credit hour standing may not be eligible to apply for residence hall housing. Acceptance of applications may be limited and applications may be transferred to other University-owned housing such as Bear Creek Apartments and/or Graduate and Family Housing. Prior or pending criminal and/or disciplinary conduct may make a prospective resident or resident ineligible to reside in the residence halls, if after an individualized assessment the university determines that the conduct poses an unreasonable risk to the safety or security of the housing community. If it comes to the university’s attention that an applicant is a registered sex offender, the university will determine whether the student will be allowed to reside on campus. If the registered sex offender is permitted to reside on campus, they must comply with registration requirements mandated by state law, as well as register with the University of Colorado Boulder Police Department.   • Admission Policy The Academy shall comply with all admissions policies and criteria required by laws applicable to public school academies under the Code. The Academy must make a reasonable effort to advertise its enrollment openings. Open enrollment must be for a period of at least two (2) weeks and shall permit the enrollment of pupils by parents and/or guardians at times in the evening and weekends, and shall comply with all requirements of Applicable Law.   • Union Policy Grievance The Union may institute a grievance consisting of an allegation of a general misinterpretation or a violation by the Employer of this Agreement in writing at Step Number 2 of the grievance procedure, providing that it is presented within ten (10) working days after the circumstances giving rise to the grievance have originated or occurred.   • Return Policy Subject to the requirements of this Agreement, Customer may return standard Hardware and Software within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. NI reserves the right to charge Customer a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee for any Products returned to NI. No returns will be accepted after the thirty (30) day period has expired. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is required for Customer to return any Products. Acceptance of returns of customized Products and Non-NI Branded Products is in the sole discretion of NI.
