Common use of Refund of EMD Clause in Contracts

Refund of EMD. EMD of unsuccessful bidders received shall be refunded online through the same mode only. The refund of EMD to bidders who fail to qualify the eligibility /technical stage shall be initiated automatically within 15 days of opening of financial bid.

For all bidders whose financial bids are opened the refund of the EMD except for H1 bidder shall be processed within 7 days of opening of the financial bid.

The refund of EMD to bidders who fail to qualify the eligibility /technical eligibility/technical stage shall be initiated automatically within 15 days of opening of financial bidFinancial Bid.
