Refund Prepaid Fees for Removed Functionality. If Developer changes or removes functionality from the Latest Version of the Software that was part of the functionality of the prior Latest Version of the Software, substantially reducing how useful the Software is to Customer, and Customer ends this agreement within three calendar months of the change, citing the change, Developer agrees to refund any Prepaid Fees.
