Refund Received by TODCO Tax Group. If a member of the TODCO Tax Group receives a Tax refund with respect to Taxes for which a member of the Transocean Tax Group is liable hereunder, TODCO shall pay to Holdings, within thirty days after the receipt of the Tax refund, an amount equal to such Tax refund.
