Refunds Generally. The Licensee agrees that the PSL Agent, and not the Authority, will be responsible for any refunds due to the Licensee pursuant to the express terms of this License Agreement to the extent any proceeds actually received by the Authority or proceeds of any PSL purchase facility actually received by the Authority are not sufficient to pay such refunds.
