Common use of Refunds to Members Clause in Contracts

Refunds to Members. If the rights of a Member hereunder are terminated, monies, if any, received from the terminated Member applicable to periods after the effective date of termination, plus amounts due the Member on claims, if any, less any amounts due Plan or Plan Providers from the Member shall be refunded to the Member within 30 days of such termination.
