Common use of Refunds Clause in Contracts

Refunds. In the event of early termination pursuant to this Agreement, except for termination for a material breach by the Licensee pursuant to Section 11.2 of this Agreement, the Licensee shall be entitled to a refund of any Fee or pro-rata portion thereof paid by the Licensee for any remaining period of this Agreement calculated from the date of termination.

Refunds. In the event of early termination pursuant to permitted by this Agreement, except for termination for a material breach by the Licensee pursuant to Section 11.2 of this AgreementLicensee, the Licensee shall be entitled to a refund of any Fee fees or pro-rata portion thereof paid by the Licensee for any remaining period of this the Agreement calculated from the date of termination.

In the event of early termination pursuant to this Agreement, except for termination for a material breach by the Licensee pursuant to Section 11.2 11.1 of this Agreement, the Licensee shall be entitled to a pro-rata refund of any Fee or pro-rata portion thereof paid by the Licensee for any remaining period of this Agreement calculated from the date of termination.

Refunds. In the event of early termination pursuant to this Agreement, except for termination for a material breach by the Licensee pursuant to Section 11.2 of this Agreement, the Licensee shall be entitled to a refund of an adequate compensation agreed by the Parties. In case the Parties do not agree on an adequate compensation within 30 days of early termination, the Licensee shall be entitled to a refund of any Fee or pro-rata portion thereof paid by the Licensee for any remaining period of this Agreement calculated from the date of termination.
