Refurbishing Services. Sun will provide assistance to Origen in the refurbishment of the Origen Homes by making available during the Abatement Period (defined below), on an as needed basis to address safety concerns, or otherwise as may be agreed to by Sun and Origen, the services set forth on the attached APPENDIX A (the "Refurbishing Services").
