Common use of Refusal to Dispense Clause in Contracts

Refusal to Dispense. If the service provided involves refusal to dispense as set out in the Refusal to Dispense Fee DPEBB Policy, the refusal to dispense fee shall be 1.5 times the usual and customary dispensing fee to pharmacies that refuse to dispense certain prescriptions meeting specific criteria.
