Refuse and Garbage. The Tenant agrees it will not allow any waste, refuse, garbage, ashes or other loose or objectionable material to accumulate in or about any of the Properties and will provide covered metal receptacles for the same and will at all times keep all of the Properties in a clean and tidy condition.
