Regarding Perfection of Security Interest in Financed Student Loans. The Depositor shall furnish and file, and shall cause the Depositor Eligible Lender Trustee to furnish and file, if appropriate, any document reasonably requested by the Trust to perfect the Trust's and the Trust Eligible Lender Trustee's ownership interest in the Financed Student Loans.

Regarding Perfection of Security Interest in Financed Student Loans. The Depositor Seller shall furnish and file, and shall cause the Depositor Seller Eligible Lender Trustee to furnish and file, if appropriate, any document reasonably requested by the Trust Depositor to perfect the TrustDepositor's and the Trust Depositor Eligible Lender Trustee's ownership interest in the Financed Student Loans.
