Regarding TERMINATION and REFUNDS, the following will apply to BUSINESS Clients. 9.1 The consumer rules and regulations do not apply to business Clients (e.g. Clients wishing to purchase the Xxxx Xxxxxxx Break-Up and Divorce Coaching Practitioner Accreditation Programme); nevertheless, SDGE will extend the same cancellation and refund rights to business Clients as to consumer Clients, subject to what is stated below in sub-clause 9.2.
