Regarding Third Party Service Providers. The arbitration agreement and provisions of this Section will also inure to the benefit of Third-Party Service Providers, and they are deemed to be third-party beneficiaries of this agreement to arbitration. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Section in the case of a Third Party Service Provider, in the event that AAA or another arbitration forum, if applicable, is unwilling to accept jurisdiction of any matter described in this Section, then such matter shall be decided pursuant to the dispute resolution provisions of any other agreement then in effect between the Third Party Service Provider and Altruist, including without limitation an Information Services Agreement.
