Regeneron Product Limitations. On a Regeneron Product-by-Regeneron Product basis, Intellia (and its Affiliates) shall not use (and shall not grant to any Third Party the right to use) any Regeneron Products for any purposes (including the research, development, manufacturing or commercialization thereof), except for (x) Intellia’s performance of the activities to be performed by Intellia under the Product R&D Program as set forth in the Product R&D Program Plan in accordance with this Agreement, and (y) the manufacture of Regeneron Products by Intellia for use in the Product R&D Programs as set forth in ARTICLE 8 or as otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing.
