REGENT. Transfer of gas volumes between gas-accounts‌ A transfer of gas volumes between discounted gas-accounts of different market areas is not possible. A transfer of gas quantities from a discounted gas account to an undiscounted gas account of the same market area is possible if a TSO of the respective market area makes it possible by charging the corresponding transmission fee as published by the TSO and informs EWE accordingly. The corresponding transfer must be notified to EWE at least three working days prior to its entry into force and the approval by the TSO must be received by EWE prior to the transfer.According to No. 19 a transfer of gas volumes between two storage customers is only possible within undiscounted gas-accounts of the same market area or within discount- ed gas-accounts of the same market area.
