Common use of Regional Agreements Clause in Contracts

Regional Agreements. 1. For the purpose of this MOU, the regional structure for decision- making related to opioid fund allocation will be based upon the nine (9) pre- defined Washington State Accountable Community of Health Regions (Allocation Regions). Reference to these pre-defined regions is solely for the purpose of drawing geographic boundaries to facilitate regional agreements for use of Opioid Funds.
