Regional Management Plan Amendment. CICS may also amend this Agreement to comply with changes in the Regional Management Plan and shall give written notice to Provider of such amendment and its effective date. Such amendment will not require sixty (60) days advance written notice. If Provider does not agree with the Amendment, Provider may terminate this Agreement as provided in Section 8.4.
