A Regional Partnership clause establishes a formal collaboration between parties within a specific geographic area to pursue shared objectives or projects. Regional Partnership. A group of two or more LPHAs and at least one other organization that is not an LPHA that is convened for the purpose of implementing strategies for communicable disease control and reducing health disparities.
