Register; Certificates; Legends. The register of the Partnership shall be the definitive record of ownership of each Unit and all relevant information with respect to each Partner. Unless the General Partner in its sole discretion shall determine otherwise, Units shall be uncertificated and recorded in the books and records of the Partnership.
