Register for Subscription Receipts. The Corporation hereby appoints the Subscription Receipt Agent as registrar of the Subscription Receipts, and the Corporation shall cause to be kept by the Subscription Receipt Agent at the Designated Offices, a securities register in which shall be entered the names and addresses of holders of Subscription Receipts and the other particulars, prescribed by law, of the Subscription Receipts held by them. The Corporation shall also cause to be kept by the Subscription Receipt Agent at the Designated Offices the register of transfers, and may also cause to be kept by the Subscription Receipt Agent, branch registers of transfers in which shall be recorded the particulars of the transfers of Subscription Receipts registered in that branch register of transfers.
