Common use of Register for Subscription Receipts Clause in Contracts

Register for Subscription Receipts. The Company hereby appoints the Subscription Receipt Agent as registrar of the Subscription Receipts, and the Company shall cause to be kept by the Subscription Receipt Agent at the Designated Office, a securities register in which shall be entered the names and addresses of holders and the other particulars, prescribed by law, of the Subscription Receipts held by them. The Company shall also cause to be kept by the Subscription Receipt Agent at the Designated Office the register of transfers, and may also cause to be kept by the Subscription Receipt Agent, branch registers of transfers in which shall be recorded the particulars of the transfers of Subscription Receipts registered in that branch register of transfers.

The Company Trust hereby appoints the Subscription Receipt Escrow Agent as registrar of the Subscription Receipts, and the Company Trust shall cause to be kept by the Subscription Receipt Escrow Agent at the Designated Office, a securities register in which shall be entered the names and addresses of holders of Subscription Receipts and the other particulars, prescribed by law, of the Subscription Receipts held by them. The Company Trust shall also cause to be kept by the Subscription Receipt Escrow Agent at the Designated Office the register of transfers, and may also cause to be kept by the Subscription Receipt Escrow Agent, branch registers of transfers in which shall be recorded the particulars of the transfers of Subscription Receipts registered in that branch register of transfers.

The Company Corporation hereby appoints the Subscription Receipt Escrow Agent as registrar of the Subscription Receipts, and the Company Corporation shall cause to be kept by the Subscription Receipt Escrow Agent at the Designated OfficeOffices, a securities register in which shall be entered the names and addresses of holders of Subscription Receipts and the other particulars, prescribed by law, of the Subscription Receipts held by them. The Company Corporation shall also cause to be kept by the Subscription Receipt Escrow Agent at the Designated Office Offices the register of transfers, and may also cause to be kept by the Subscription Receipt Escrow Agent, branch registers of transfers in which shall be recorded the particulars of the transfers of Subscription Receipts registered in that branch register of transfers.
