Common use of Register of Warrantholders Clause in Contracts

Register of Warrantholders. The Company shall cause a register to be kept in which shall be entered the names and addresses of all holders of Warrants of the Company and the number of Warrants so held by them. The Company may treat the registered holder of any Warrant Certificate as the absolute owner of the Warrants represented thereby for all purposes, and the Company shall not be affected by any notice or knowledge to the contrary except where the Company is required to take notice by statute or by order of a court of competent jurisdiction.
