Common use of Registered Accounts Clause in Contracts

Registered Accounts. For the purposes of this Condition 7, a Bondholder’s registered account means the US dollar account maintained by or on behalf of it with a bank in Hong Kong or New York City, details of which appear on the Register at the close of business on the second business day (as defined below in Condition 7(F)) before the due date for payment, and a Bondholder’s registered address means its address appearing on the Register at that time.

Registered Accounts. For the purposes of this Condition 7Condition, a Bondholder’s registered account means the US United States dollar account maintained by or on behalf of it with a bank that processes payments in Hong Kong or New York CityU.S. dollars, details of which appear on the Register at the close of business on the second business day (as defined below in Condition 7(F)below) before the due date for payment, and a Bondholder’s registered address means its address appearing on the Register at that time.

Registered Accounts. For the purposes of this Condition 712, a Bondholder’s registered account means the US U.S. dollar account maintained by or on behalf of it with a bank in Hong Kong or New York City(or such other U.S. dollar account as the Bondholder may notify to the Issuer from time to time), details of which appear on the Register of Bondholders at the close of business on the second business day (as defined below in Condition 7(F)) Business Day before the due date for payment, and a Bondholder’s registered address means its address appearing on the Register of Bondholders at that time.

For the purposes of this Condition 7, a A Bondholder’s registered account means the US dollar account maintained by or on behalf of it with a bank in Hong Kong or New York City, details of which appear on the Bond Register at the close of business on the second business day (as defined below in Condition 7(F)) Business Day before the due date for payment, payment and a Bondholder’s registered address means its address appearing on the Bond Register at that time.
