Common use of REGISTERED HOLDER AS OWNER Clause in Contracts

REGISTERED HOLDER AS OWNER. Every holder of a Warrant Certificate, by accepting the same, consents and agrees with the Company, and every subsequent holder of such Warrant Certificate that until the Warrant Certificate is transferred on the books of the Company, the Company may treat the registered Warrant Holder as the absolute owner thereof for all purposes, notwithstanding any notice to the contrary.
