Common use of Registered Holders Clause in Contracts

Registered Holders. The Maker may deem and treat the registered holder of this Note as the absolute owner of this Note for the purpose of receiving payment hereon or on account hereof and for all other purposes, and the Maker shall not be affected by any notice to the contrary.
