Registered Intellectual Property; Proceedings. Section 2.7(b)(i) of the Company Disclosure Schedule contains a complete and accurate list of (i) all Company Registered Intellectual Property and specifies, where applicable, the jurisdictions in which each such item of Company Registered Intellectual Property has been issued or registered, the filing and/or issue dates, and the corresponding application and registration numbers and similar identifiers, and (ii) all proceedings or actions before any court or tribunal (including the United States Patent and Trademark Office (the “PTO”)) or equivalent authority anywhere else in the world, but excluding prosecution of any intellectual property applications) related to any Company Registered Intellectual Property.
