Registered Office; Chief Executive Office. The Company shall maintain a registered office and registered agent in Delaware to the extent required by the Act, which office and agent shall be as determined by Manager from time to time. Initially (and until otherwise determined by Manager), the registered office in Delaware, and the name and address of the Company’s registered agent in Delaware, shall be as specified in the certificate of formation of the Company as originally filed. The chief executive office of the Company shall be located at such place as shall be determined by Manager from time to time.
