The address of the registered office of the Company as required by §18-104 of the Act and the principal place of business of the Company (which need not be the same as the registered office) shall be as indicated on Schedule A attached hereto. The Company may change the location of the registered office, establish additional offices or places of business or enter into such contracts or hire such agents in such other locations, inside and outside of Delaware, as it deems necessary or desirable in the conduct of the business of the Company.
