Common use of Registered Owner Clause in Contracts

Registered Owner. The Corporation shall be entitled to treat the person in whose name any share of its stock is registered as the owner thereof for all purposes and shall not be bound to recognize any equitable or other claim to, or interest in, such share on the part of any other person, whether or not the Corporation shall have notice thereof, except as expressly provided by applicable law.

Registered Owner. The Corporation Company shall be entitled to treat each Person listed on the person Register of Members (and in whose name any share the case of its stock a Common Member, only if such Person is registered also listed as the registered owner thereof of a Common Share Certificate) as the registered owner of such Membership Interest and, if applicable, such Common Share Certificate for all purposes and and, accordingly, shall not be bound to recognize any equitable or other claim to, to or interest inin such Shares, such share on the part regardless of any other person, whether or not the Corporation it shall have actual or other notice thereof, except as expressly provided by applicable lawa Person other than the registered owner of such Shares.
