Registered Sales of the Warrants. The Holders agree to sell either of the Warrants or any portion thereof under the Shelf Registration Statement as soon as practicable after notifying the Company of any such sale, before which sale the Investor and all Holders of such Warrant shall take reasonable steps to agree to revisions to such Warrant to permit a public distribution of such Warrant, including entering into a warrant agreement and appointing a warrant agent.
