Registered Servicemark. Without prior written notice to the Agent, none of the Eligible Real Estate Assets shall be owned or operated by the Borrowers under any registered or protected trademark, tradename, servicemark or logo (other than the “CoreSite(s)” name and the “CoreSite(s)” logo).
Registered Servicemark. Without prior written notice to the Agent, except with respect to the trademarks, tradenames, servicemarks or logos listed on Schedule 6.6 hereto or in any Mortgage with respect to any Mortgaged Property other than the Initial Mortgaged Properties, none of the Mortgaged Properties shall be owned or operated by the Borrower or any Guarantor under any trademark, tradename, servicemark or logo. In the event any of the Mortgaged Properties shall be owned or operated under any tradename, trademark, servicemark or logo, not listed on Schedule 6.6 hereto or in any Mortgage with respect to any Mortgaged Property other than the Initial Mortgaged Properties, Borrower or the applicable Guarantor shall enter into such agreements with Agent in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent, as Agent may reasonably require to grant Agent a perfected first priority security interest therein and to grant to Agent or any successful bidder at a foreclosure sale of such Mortgaged Property the right and/or license to continue operating such Mortgaged Property under such tradename, trademark, servicemark or logo as determined by Agent.

In the event any of the Borrowing Base Properties shall be owned or operated under any tradename, trademark, servicemark or logo, not listed on Schedule 6.6, the Borrower or the applicable Guarantor shall enter into such agreements with the Agent in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Agent, as the Agent may reasonably require to grant the Agent a perfected first priority security interest therein and to grant to the Agent or any successful bidder at a foreclosure sale of such Borrowing Base Property the right and/or license to continue operating such Borrowing Base Property under such tradename, trademark, servicemark or logo as determined by the Agent.
Registered Servicemark. Without prior written notice to the Agent, none of the Collateral Properties shall be owned or operated by the Loan Parties under any registered or protected trademark, tradename, servicemark or logo.

Without prior written notice to the Agent, except with respect to the trademarks, tradenames, servicemarks or logos listed on Schedule 6.6 hereto, none of the Pool Properties shall be owned or operated by the Borrower or any Guarantor under any trademark, tradename, servicemark or logo.
Registered Servicemark. Without the prior written consent of the Agent, none of the Mortgaged Properties shall be owned or operated by the Borrower or any Guarantor under any registered or protected trademark, tradename, servicemark or logo. Without limiting the foregoing, the Agent may condition its consent to the use of any of the foregoing upon the granting to the Agent for the benefit of the Lenders of a perfected first priority security interest therein. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this provision shall not prevent any applicable Tenant from operating the Mortgaged Property under its trademarks and tradenames or service marks.

Without prior written notice to the Agent, except with respect to the trademarks, tradenames, servicemarks or logos listed on Schedule 6.6 hereto, none of the Pool Properties shall be owned or operated by the Borrower or any Guarantor under any trademark, tradename, servicemark or logo. In the event any of the Pool Properties shall be owned or operated under any tradename, trademark, servicemark or logo, not listed on Schedule 6.6 hereto prior to the Release of Security Date, Borrower or the applicable Guarantor shall enter into such agreements with Agent in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent, as Agent may reasonably require to grant Agent a perfected first priority security interest therein and to grant to Agent or any successful bidder at a foreclosure sale of such Pool Property the right and/or license to continue operating such Pool Property under such tradename, trademark, servicemark or logo as determined by Agent.
Registered Servicemark. Without the prior written consent of Agent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed, no Mortgaged Property or Negative Pledge Property shall be owned or operated by Borrower or any other Loan Party under any registered or protected trademark, tradename, servicemark or logo. Without limiting the foregoing, Agent may condition its consent to the use of any of the foregoing upon the granting to Agent for the benefit of Lenders of a perfected first priority security interest therein.

Without prior written notice to the Agent, the Mortgaged Property shall not be owned or operated by Borrower under any registered or protected trademark, tradename, servicemark or logo. In the event the Mortgaged Property shall be owned or operated under any registered or protected tradename, trademark, servicemark or logo, Borrower shall enter into an agreement with Agent, in form and substance satisfactory to Agent, granting to Agent, any successful bidder at a foreclosure sale of the Mortgaged Property and any subsequent transferee the right and/or license to continue operating the Mortgaged Property under such tradename, trademark, servicemark or logo.
Registered Servicemark. Without the prior written consent of Agent, no Eligible Asset shall be owned or operated by Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary or any lessee under any registered or protected trademark, tradename, servicemark or logo unless the Borrower or the applicable Restricted Subsidiary grants to Agent for the benefit of Lenders of a perfected first priority security interest therein.
