Registered Title. In addition to the foregoing, if the title to the said premises is registered, said deed shall be in form sufficient to entitle the BUYER to a Certificate of Title to said premises, and the SELLER shall deliver with said deed all instruments, if any, necessary to enable BUYER to obtain such Certificate of Title.

Registered Title. The Optionor (or its nominee/trustee) will remain the registered and beneficial holder of all of the Mineral Rights and Other Rights comprising the Property until the exercise of the Option, at which time applicable Earned Interest of the Property will be registered in the name of the Optionee in accordance with Section 2.5, at the sole expense of the Optionee.
Registered Title. The Optionor, as shown in Schedule A, will remain the registered holder of the Mineral Rights comprised in the Property, as it exists on the date hereof until the exercise of the Initial Option. Upon the Optionee acquiring an Earned Interest in the Property, the Optionor shall as soon as practicable, and in any event within five (5) days thereafter, register the Optionee’s Earned Interest and complete such transfer of the interest from the Optionor to the Optionee, and the Optionee shall become a recorded holder of the Property. The Optionor or the Optionee, to the extent that it is the recorded holder of any Mineral Rights comprised in the Property, will hold title to the Property subject to this Agreement.
Registered Title. During the Option Period, the Optionors, or any of their respective Affiliates, will remain the registered holder of the Mineral Claims comprising the Property as of the Effective Date. Upon the exercise of the Option by the Optionee, the Optionee or its nominee will be entitled to become the registered holder of the Property, and the Optionors, or their respective Affiliates, as applicable, will affect any transfers necessary therefor. Each Optionor or the Optionee, to the extent that it is the recorded holder of any Mineral Claims comprising the Property, will hold title to the Property subject to this Agreement.
